• Asian Match Maker may review the profile of any member and reserves the right to suspend such profile should it be judged offensive or violate any of the Terms and Conditions
  
  
• Use of Asian Match Maker services to send junk e-mail is prohibited
  
  
• Any identifying information, including but not limited to your real name, phone number, e-mail address, ICQ number or any URL must not be included in your Profile.
  
  
• You agree that Asian Match Maker may remove any identifying information from your profile without your consent
  
  
• You will not use Asian Match Maker services to post or transmit offensive materials, offensive language or sexually explicit materials, including photographs, in your profile or e-mails.
  
  
• Asian Match Maker does not review your private e-mail messages and is not responsible for any information or materials posted or transmitted via that service.
  
  
• You agree to be responsible for all charges accrued to your account in accordance with our published rates.
  
  
• User authentication on the Internet is difficult. Asian Match Maker cannot and does not confirm that each member or user is who he or she claims to be. Therefore, you must be careful in dealing with other members or users.
  
  
• Asian Match Maker reserves the right to terminate your membership for any reason.
  
  
• Asian Match Maker has the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time by posting the amended terms on this site. You will be bound by the amended Terms and Conditions from that time

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Under no circumstances will Asian Match Maker be liable to you for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising out of the use of the Asian Match Maker service.
